Dr. Kimberly Jacobs is the Associate Dean of Faculty and Student Success at American Public University System. Having spent more than 25 years in higher education, Kimberly currently shares her expertise in online, post-secondary, and adult education by leading the Center for Teaching and Learning, which includes the University’s coaching team.
Dr. Jacobs has an array of certifications to include: Certified Professional Coach, Certified Instructional Designer, Certified Training Manager, Certified QM Peer Reviewer and Certified QM Facilitator. She is also a facilitator for the Kouzes & Posner¹s Leadership Challenge workshop. Dr. Jacobs’s degrees include: a Ph.D. in Post-secondary and Adult Education from Capella University, a Masters of Arts in Post-secondary and Adult Education from University of Texas, and a Bachelors of Arts in English Literature and Writing and K-12 Education from SUNY Potsdam.
